67 percent of applicants to the College of Our Lady of the Elms were admitted for fall 2018

At the College of Our Lady of the Elms, 67 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 75 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Chicopee enrolled 1,531 students in fall 2018, including 1,151 in undergraduate and 380 in graduate programs, data shows. 22.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

66 percent of undergraduates are residents of Massachusetts, and 33 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (55 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (14 percent).

The school admitted 67 percent of the 1,085 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 20 percent enrolled.
