60 percent of applicants to Bay Path University were admitted for fall 2018

At Bay Path University, 50 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 100 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Longmeadow enrolled 3,444 students in fall 2018, including 1,923 in undergraduate and 1,521 in graduate programs, data shows. 18.8 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

57 percent of undergraduates are residents of Massachusetts, and 40 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (55 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (20 percent).

The school admitted 60 percent of the 1,513 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 15 percent enrolled.
