Cost of college went up for all students at the College of Our Lady of the Elms

Tuition and fees rose 3.5 percent for 2018-19 at the College of Our Lady of the Elms, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Massachusetts students paid $35,788 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,210 more than the $34,578 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 173 students received grants or scholarships totaling $4.2 million and 161 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.7 million.

Including all undergraduates (1,531), 979 students used grants or scholarships totaling $17.2 million, and 952 students took out $8.2 million in federal student loans.
