Hot Topics in Healthcare: Poor Air Quality Exacerbating COVID-19 Morbidity/Hospitalizations/Mortality
OCTOBER 26, 2022 | 7 P.M. — 8 P.M.
VIRTUAL
The emergence of COVID-19 has presented various public health challenges, not only due to the nature of the disease and associated illnesses but also due to the exacerbation of previously existing public health issues. One such issue is poor air quality exposure and the associated hospitalizations and deaths related to particulate matter exposure in both the acute and long terms
This session will examine the association between exposure to poor air quality to rates of COVID-19 morbidity and mortality.
